Hakomi Taster Days with Vicky Gaughan

Imagine feeling spacious, mindful, attentive, relaxed, calm, alive, nourished, present...

The word Hakomi is a Hopi Indian word and translated it’s a question, it asks us “How do you stand in relation to these many realms?” The way I like to think about this question is, how am I? How am I in my relationship to others & myself?

Hakomi is a simple and sensitive way of working and can enhance the work of people who care for others, either as bodyworkers, counsellors & psychotherapists or others who work in the caring profession. Anybody who is able to notice what is happening in thier experience can learn Hakomi. You can find out more about Hakomi at www.hakomi.co.uk and you can also go to the link page and find out about the founder of Hakomi, Ron Kurtz and some of the overseas Hakomi trainers.
